Our customized, person-focused programs empower participants to rebuild their lives, find homes, get jobs and reconnect with the community, permanently. Our mission is to empower people experiencing or at risk of homelessness to attain stable housing and to rebuild their lives. Our vision is a DC community and a nation in which every person has a place to call “home.”

To ensure all student parents have the opportunities to succeed and experience economic mobility, Generation Hope engages education and policy partners to drive systemic change and provides direct support to teen parents in college as well as their children through holistic, two-generation programming.

Gifts That Give Hope promotes meaningful gift giving and support for non-profit organizations by helping communities host Alternative Gift Fairs.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that assists service, civic, community and faith-based groups plan events to raise awareness of needs in a local or global area, secure donations and encourage volunteerism, while providing unique shopping and giving opportunities.

Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

The Global Co Lab Network empowers teens globally with a focus on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Teens learn about the SDGs and then submit their suggestions for addressing goals with a short video in our global video challenge. We have twelve weekly virtual teen-led SDG Hubs addressing racial justice, gender equality, mental health, quality education, climate change, hunger, plastic pollution, wildlife conservation, peace education, and a Hub for women in Afghanistan.

This includes finding consistent sources of funding, building mass awareness and community engagement around a cause, as well as the transformation of business models to support longevity. Our vision is to ensure no organization closes their doors due to lack of resources, as we believe every cause should stand a fighting chance.

Hope and a Home’s mission is to empower low-income homeless families with children in DC to create stable homes of their own and to make lasting changes in their lives. Our mandate is to break the cycle of poverty for qualified families through the programs and services we offer. Hope and a Home’s unique, two-generation approach focuses on affordable housing, rewarding work, higher education, and valuable community connections. Hope and a Home currently serves 204 individuals (61 families) .

HopeLink inspires hope and provides support for individuals and families experiencing crisis and behavioral health challenges. Through innovative services and a collaborative approach, we strengthen our community one life at a time.
