We are the premier organization in Arlington for young people (ages 21-40) for personal & professional growth, community involvement and social engagement.

Arlington Neighborhood Village strives to enable members to continue living in their own homes and communities as they age—safely, independently, and with an enhanced quality of life—by providing access to support services and social programs.

Research | Engage | Advocate
To improve the health, wellbeing, and safety of children, youth, and families in Arlington through researching young people’s needs, advocating for improved policies and programs to meet those needs, and engaging all members of our community as part of the solution.

The mission of the Arlington Philharmonic is to make classical music accessible to every Arlington resident, to promote the value of classical music in our civic life, and to build strong, creative partnerships with schools, local government, businesses, and other organizations. We are the only professional symphony orchestra performing in Arlington. We do not charge admission, in order to make excellent live performances and education available to everyone.

Our goals are to serve the Arlington Community through service and to support the education of students in need. We host fundraisers to support local charities and to fund scholarships for Arlington students from elementary school to college. We volunteer at charities and assist them in fundraising efforts. Arlington Rotary meets every Thursday from noon to 1:30pm at the Residence Inn in Courthouse for fellowship, lunch, and programs from local organizations and community leaders.

Arlington Sister City Association ("ASCA") is a nonprofit organization affiliated with Arlington County, Virginia. Established in 1993, ASCA has five Sister City partnerships: Aachen, Germany; Coyoacán, Mexico (in emeritus status); Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine; Reims, France; and San Miguel, El Salvador. ASCA works to enhance and promote the region’s international profile and foster productive exchanges in education, commerce, culture, and the arts through a series of activities.

Our primary mission is blindness prevention. We support vision screenings, eye banks and eyeglass recycling. We provide eye care services to those at risk of losing their sight. Arlington South Lions Club is working in the Arlington Free Clinic, providing eye care, and the Eyeglass Recycling Center providing free eyeglasses to those unable to afford them. Looking forward, we will be screening pre-school children for Amblyopia, and helping them to get the care they need.

Arlington Thrive delivers same-day emergency funds to our neighbors in crisis, so they can be secure in their jobs, health, and homes and thrive in a caring community.

The Arm & Arm Mission is to provide holistic “mind-body” services to returning citizens and U.S. Military Veterans as they re-enter society. Delivered during high-risk transition periods, our goal is to help individuals’ change their view of themselves, their families and their communities. We accomplish this by addressing thinking, behavior, past trauma, and helping to improve resilience by using leading edge Cognitive and Somatic recovery techniques that can be self-sustained over time.
