As the official non-profit partner of the National Park Service, the Trust for the National Mall provides expertise on park projects, advocates for congressional funding, and supports and supplies critical projects and modernizations on the National Mall.

The Mission of the Veterans Assistance Project is to provide support and services for Military Veterans and their Dependent's in the Great DMV region.. we provide direct and referral services in 17 major areas of need from advocacy, food, transportation, and intervention services. Although Our main Administrative Office is located in Maryland we do provide services throughout the region .

The Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) provides free, in-depth, one-on-one insurance counseling to Medicare Beneficiaries, their families, friends and caregivers. Trained and certified VICAP counselors provide free and confidential assistance. VICAP serves Arlington County Residents.

Volunteer Solutions recruits and connects volunteers with meaningful opportunities that improve the lives of older adults, adults with disabilities and family caregivers in Fairfax County. WalkArlington is Arlington County’s walking education and encouragement program. Active modes of transportation, including walking, are central to Arlington’s vision of an equitable transportation system that enhances the overall quality of life for those who live, work and play here.

WalkArlington supports the County’s vision by working collaboratively with local citizens, businesses, stakeholders, and County departments to offer programs that promote active transportation choices!
